Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

• Free Standard Shipping within the UK
• International shipping costs vary depending on the destination

Order Processing Time

Art Prints are created to order - it usually takes 2-5 business days (excludes weekends) to prepare a print order. In case of pre orders - the items' description will state the fulfilment details of pre ordered items.

All prints are made to order to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness. Please be aware that print orders are processed and prepared for production on Mondays and Tuesdays, which may slightly extend delivery times. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Originals will be prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days.

Packaging

All orders are personally and securely packaged by me, using either a tube or flat-pack depending on the artwork, and I recycle and reuse packaging materials to help protect the planet.

Art Prints will be sent securely packed in a tube.

Originals will be shipped in a box or in a tube, depending on size and medium.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

M Korpal Art is not responsible to pay any custom duties on international orders, all responsibility is with the customer once the item has been dispatched from the UK.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
