Abstract Art Body Woman Overwhelmed is a painting close to my heart that expresses the feeling of wanting to hide from the world and stay in your own bubble. It captures the struggle of being surrounded by too much, while still trying to hold on to inner strength.

Inspired by the need to escape and find peace within, I used thick textures to create a sense of being closed off. The layered brush strokes show the weight of emotions, while uplifting colours are used to represent the effort to hold on, showing a quiet strength even in the midst of feeling overwhelmed.
